Note: You will have to wear warm clothes – overalls, gloves, hat, scarf, warm shoes or boots and woolen socks. Bear in mind that the track is slippery in places.

Тhe reindeer is the cutest animal of the Nordic countries

In real life reindeer breeding is a tradition in Lapland and a way and means of living for herders. And the tourists may peep in that life. One of the possibilities is to just visit a reindeer farm and stay there for several hours – learn about the life of the animals an the family that is breeding them, feed the animals and make a 45 minutes round of sled ride through the beautiful snow-clad forest of Lapland. The journey starts at 13:30.

After the lectture we continue with fishing. The lake is just behind the farm.

The ice fishing experience start with drilling your personal hole in the ice, while teaching you the secrets of successful fishing.

Our host will warm us up hot drinks and tells us an interesting story about how herders and their families live for ages and how they make a living. You may ask whatever questions you have and take pictures.
