To book a tour, you need to choose a date from the booking calendar. There you can select the date and time and the number of participants that you would like to book.

Once you have selected your options, you can fill in your contact details and proceed to payment. As soon as your booking is complete and payment is accepted, you will receive an email with your tickets.

Мinimum of 2 participants and maximum to 8!

If you are a bigger group we advise you to contact us to tailor the tour.

If the money transfer cannot be made, you can also pay on the spot.

If you still experience an issue, please contact us by e-mail (if possible, with a screenshot of the issue).

If your accommodation is in Rovaniemi city center please meet us at infront of “Hotel Santa Claus” (Korkalonkatu 29)

Let’s not pollute the air by driving around the city center.

We can pick you up within 5 km from downtown. If your accommodation is further than 5km then you will be charged additional 10EUR per person.

No, we don’t provide clothing and boots.

However, we do have a few spare pairs for extreme situations.

Yes, you can do it, but the request must be made 24 hours before the starting time!

Yes, you can do so!

Children are those who are between 5 and 15 years old.

For some tours like “Korouoma waterfall” , Ski touring or Snowshoeing are more difficult and do not recommend them to infants.

Keep in mind, that cancellation fees may apply depending on how early you request cancellation!

• Cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 48 hours or less before the tour.
• Cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 8 days or less before the tour.
• We are charging fee of 20% if the booking is canceled 1 month or less before the event.

Northern Lights are an unpredictable phenomenon. Even with a great Aurora and weather forecast there is a chance to not see them!

Of course we are trying to do our best to enlarge the possibility of seeing them.

Our Northern lights guides constantly check the weather and KP index during the tour and can adapt to the hunting.

We only go out when there is a chance. We don’t have BBQ.

We will move around to 3-4 different places for a maximum 2 hours driving from Rovaniemi.
